Job Summary
Participate in patient care via in-person visits, phone screening, and telehealth under provider supervision. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and immunizations; perform point-of-care testing; and collect or handle specimens within legal scope. Collect and screen patient history, communicate findings and care plans, and document all activities, procedures, and test results accurately in the medical record. Requires high school diploma, Medical Assistant program completion or three years experience, and current BLS/CPR certification. Full-time Monday through Friday 8-5p shift with flexible day hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience of 3 years as an MA
- Current BLS/CPR training
Desired Qualifications
- One year experience in a medical practice of healthcare setting
