Job Summary
Medical Assistant in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery assists physicians in examination and treatment, delivers high-quality care, maintains patient confidentiality, and supports patient management using tools like EPIC. Requires knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, sterilization and disinfection procedures, EKG and basic drugs, and strong communication and multitasking skills. Preferred bilingual Spanish, valid CPR, and certification/registration within 90 days. On-site in Las Vegas, NV.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Graduation from a Medical Assistant Program Required
- Current, nationally recognized Medical assistant Certification or Registration required or obtained within 90 days of employment
- Current CPR certification or obtained within 90 days of employment
