Job Summary
Medical Assistant at Pine Ridge Cardiology Clinic supports patient care and clinic operations under supervision of a medical provider. Responsibilities include assisting with non-invasive procedures, preparing exam rooms, patient intake and triage, maintaining logs and documentation, scheduling and referrals, verifying insurance eligibility, coordinating clinic communications, maintaining supplies, educating patients on medications and diets, and ensuring confidentiality and efficient service. Requires completion of an MA program, 0-1 year experience or externship, BCLS certification, proficiency with basic computer applications, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Full-time position based in Naples, FL, with in-person duties; immigration sponsorship not offered.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of Medical Assistant program from an accredited school
- 0-1 years of experience in a medical practice setting or completion of externship program
- BCLS - Basic Life Support certification from AHA/ARC/ASHI
