Job Summary
Greet patients warmly and triage them upon arrival, preparing examination and procedure rooms while obtaining histories, vital signs, and weight/height measurements. Perform front desk tasks including scheduling appointments and managing documents such as pre-authorizations, medical records, and test results. Assist physicians with exams and procedures, with a primary focus on phlebotomy duties. Work full-time in a fast-paced environment with regular weekday office hours.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as an MA
- Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Computer literacy (experience using EMR/EHR)
- Computer proficient
- Previous Experience with Medical Records
