Job Summary
Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist at US Fertility in Fairfax, VA (Shady Grove Fertility). Part-time role Monday–Friday 6:30 AM–12:00 PM with some holidays. Responsibilities include high-volume phlebotomy, maintaining blood-draw stations, assisting with clinical care of fertility patients, processing lab specimens, patient/couple counseling, pre/post-op education, semen washes and IUIs setup, vital signs, lab data entry, and providing compassionate patient support. Requires a high school diploma and completion of a formal MA program (preferred); strong phlebotomy skills; ability to work autonomously and within a team; healthcare experience preferred.
