Job Summary
Provides per diem Medical Assistant support at Spire Orthopedic Partners across locations; assists patients with prep for procedures, walking transfers, dressing, collecting specimens, and exam readiness; assists doctors with procedures, takes and records vital signs, unpacks and stores supplies, maintains infection control and HIPAA compliance, and documents actions in EMR; covers other locations as needed; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; knowledge of medical terminology; orthopedic/casting experience and Medical Assistant certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
