Job Summary
Prepare for patient visits by pulling charts, notes, and setting up medical equipment. Clean instruments and equipment after use, answer phones to field questions about medical issues, and identify visit needs. Assist nurses and doctors with basic medical care and procedures, while tracking lab results, calling in prescriptions, and handling basic medical office duties. Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure testing equipment is ready.
