Job Summary
Medical Assistant providing patient-centered support in an urgent care setting. Responsibilities include greeting patients, recording histories and vitals in EMR, assisting providers with examinations and treatments, performing injections and EKGs, verifying insurance eligibility, and maintaining a clean, efficient clinic environment to support smooth patient flow. Emphasis on teamwork, compassionate communication, accuracy, and adherence to best practices in a fast-paced clinical environment. Required Qualifications

- Perform tasks such as injections, specimen collection, and EKGs with care and precision
- Electronically register patients including checking insurance eligibility
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
- Support smooth clinic flow with attention to detail and efficiency
