Job Summary
As an Instructor, teach Medical Assistant courses in a part-time capacity at SCI in Texas, shaping student learning through planned instruction and adaptable teaching methods. Prepare lesson plans aligned with approved curriculum, foster effective communication and higher-order thinking, and execute instruction to create an optimized learning environment. Requirements include being a Registered or Certified Medical Assistant, 5+ years of medical back-office experience (degree preferred), current CPR certification, and certifications such as RMA, CMA, NCMA, or CCMA; candidates should meet Texas Workforce Commission instructor requirements. Required Qualifications
- Registered or Certified Medical Assistant
- 5+ years’ experience in medical back office, degree preferred
