Responsibilities include supporting clinical operations, monitoring quality standards and SLAs, analyzing operational and clinical data to identify trends, building reports with actionable insights, maintaining medical and operational documentation, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes, and assisting in the development and implementation of telemedicine protocols and workflows. Requires recent medical graduate or final-year student with an active medical licence, interest in healthcare/digital health, data analysis skills, English proficiency, and the ability to work part-time in a hybrid Barcelona-based role (20 hours/week).
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license (from any country)
- Recently graduated from Medical School, or currently in final year of Medical School
- Strong interest in Healthcare, Digital Health, and technology
- Ability to apply medical knowledge across operational and clinical tasks
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Proactive mindset with ability to communicate findings clearly
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Part-time availability (20 hours/week)
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Barcelona
