Job Summary
Conduct clinical and administrative support to deliver patient care and ensure efficient daily clinic operations. Room patients, obtain medical histories and vital signs, and prepare exam rooms and equipment. Assist providers during examinations and in-office procedures, administer medications under supervision, and manage pre- and post-procedure patient care. Schedule appointments, check patients in, verify information, maintain medical records, and manage supply inventory. Provide compassionate support to patients, maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA policies, and complete annual training. Work Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekends, evenings, or on-call duties.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Medical Assistant certification preferred (or required based on clinic needs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and patient care mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and quality care
