Assist physicians and advanced practice professionals with direct patient care by documenting medical history, updating Electronic Medical Records, and completing daily work lists. Prepare examination rooms, position and drape patients, and perform EKGs and other CLIA-waived tests. Manage patient access by scheduling appointments, processing referrals, and handling phone calls while maintaining strict HIPAA confidentiality. Order supplies and medications, process pre-certifications, and ensure compliance with infection control and biohazard policies. Maintain a clean, professional environment and support the team through effective communication and adherence to service excellence initiatives.
