Job Summary

Conduct clinical and front-desk duties for the PACE clinic, including rooming participants, taking vitals, assisting with exams and minor procedures, performing blood draws and injections, and collecting specimens. Schedule appointments, manage clinic flow through check-ins and phone calls, and document all activities in the electronic health record. Maintain exam rooms, stock supplies, and ensure areas remain clean and organized while adhering to PACE policies and safety guidelines. This participant-facing role supports the interdisciplinary team in delivering continuum of care to older adults across Boulder, Denver, and surrounding counties.

Required Qualifications

  • Medical Assistant certification
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • Medical Assistant certification required
  • BLS/CPR certification required or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire

Desired Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of Medical Assistant experience preferred
  • Experience with electronic medical records preferred
  • Customer service, scheduling, front desk, or clinic coordination experience preferred
  • Experience working with older adults, frail populations, or interdisciplinary care teams preferred
