Job Summary
Medical Assistant – Outlying sites supports providers and ensures smooth patient care across multiple sites. Responsibilities include patient prep, exams, immunizations, lab testing, and phlebotomy; educate patients on medications and self-management goals; maintain documentation and clinic standards; provide front desk support (check-in/out, payments, scheduling); act as a professional liaison between patients, providers, and other facilities. CPR certification is required; CMA or RMA certification is preferred; 2–5 years of Medical Assistant experience is preferred. Location: Maricopa, AZ (onsite).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA) preferred; eligible for certification pay differential
- CPR certification required
- 2–5 years’ Medical Assistant experience preferred
