Job Summary
Conduct patient assessments, assist in developing care plans, and support providers with visits, procedures, and follow-up care. Monitor patient progress, communicate updates to the care team, and provide education to patients and families. Manage resources and documentation to ensure efficient healthcare delivery while assisting with diagnostic evaluations and recording treatment recommendations. Requires Medical Assistant Diploma with preference for senior living experience. Monday through Friday schedule in Colorado Springs.
