Job Summary
Register patients, manage administrative tasks including reception and appointment scheduling, and collect payments. Welcome patients into exam rooms, perform triage, and apply approved clinical protocols consistently. Utilize the Electronic Medical Record system accurately and maintain inventory levels by daily stocking exam rooms and clinic areas. Ensure a clean, safe environment by regularly cleaning and sanitizing spaces, while completing clinic opening and closing procedures. Manage records and documentation as assigned. Participate in specialty training programs following successful completion of a 3-month probationary review. Perform additional duties as required to support clinic operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in Ontario
- This is an onsite role and not remote
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident), or hold a valid work permit for at least 12 months from the start date
- Sponsorship is not available
- Able to perform an active, physically demanding role, spending most of the day on your feet and moving throughout the clinic
- agility and stamina are essential
- Completion of 1–2 years of post-secondary education in a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., retail or hospitality)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written, reading, and comprehension)
- Demonstrated reliability, commitment, and flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Willingness to work across multiple clinic or office locations within the region
Desired Qualifications
- An undergraduate or bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Kinesiology, General Science, or Arts is considered an asset
- Additional language proficiency is an asset
- Strong interest in continuous learning, training, and professional development
