Coordinate patient care under provider supervision by preparing and rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and documenting history, tobacco, and medication screenings in the EHR. Administer medications, perform back office testing, and ensure exam rooms are stocked with supplies while cleaning and sterilizing instruments per policy. Assist with examinations and procedures, review social history, and notify patients of test results. Provide follow-up via preferred communication methods and float between physician office locations as needed.
