Job Summary
The Medical Assistant will support daily patient flow, assist physicians, maintain patient records, perform various medical procedures, and collaborate with clinical staff to provide comprehensive healthcare in an orthopedic setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current MA Certification from certifying agency
- Basic knowledge of ICD-10, CM/CPT/HCPCS coding
- Confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Current American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) certification
- Two (2) years of Medical Assisting experience
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must not have worked at St. Charles Health System in the last year.
