Job Summary
Assist with clinical procedures and direct and indirect patient care in a Mercy orthopedics clinic; maintain accurate documentation; provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations; operate within the defined scope of practice under supervision and in alignment with Mercy's mission and standards of care.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire
- Active Medical Assistant certification/registration (RMA, CCMA, CMA) or EMT/Paramedic accepted
- Must obtain BLS within 90 days of hire
- 6 months of clinical healthcare experience preferred (for CMA route)
