Job Summary
Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed to provide direct patient care in the ambulatory care setting, assisting RN, physician and other providers. Will perform procedures within demonstrated competencies and care for patients from newborn to elderly as indicated. Qualifications include Minnesota LPN licensure or MA certification/MA program completion with certification within one year, and BCLS certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Minnesota or current registration or certification as a Medical Assistant or verifiable completion of a Medical Assistant Program and must become certified within one year of date of hire (must pass certification within two attempts)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certified, or able to obtain within 3 months
