Required Qualifications
- Proof of completion of a Medical Assistant program
- OR at least one year of Medical Assistant work experience
- OR current active and in-good-standing RN or LPN license to practice nursing in Utah
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers
- Demonstrated basic computer skills involving word processing and data entry
- Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to protect privacy, confidentiality, and Protected Health Information (PHI) of patients, members, and caregivers
