Medical Assistant

Deliver uncomplicated clinical services and tasks under the continuous supervision of a licensed healthcare provider while maintaining sterility and cleanliness of the patient care environment. Manage supplies, equipment, and instruments, and provide appropriate clinical and non-clinical information to facilitate the visit process. Support and perform necessary clerical functions and complete other duties as assigned. Obtain CPR training within 45 days of hire and hold a current Medical Assistant certification or equivalent accredited program completion. Work in a healthcare setting with minimal environmental hazards but potential exposure to communicable diseases.
