Job Summary
Assist physicians with patient care, clerical, environmental, and organization tasks, including appointment scheduling and chart management. Provide information to patients to ensure they fully utilize clinic services while conveying a positive image of the organization. Maintain a current BLS certificate and hold a Medical Assistant Certification, with a preference for candidates with one year of public contact experience and prior healthcare work. Schedule is 7:30am to 5:30pm, four days a week, at Bridgton Hospital. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $22.00 to $26.84.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Graduate from an accredited school of medical assistance
- Current BLS certificate
- Minimum one year work experience in public contact job
