Job Summary
Room patients, update medical histories, and document visit details while assisting with dermatological procedures such as biopsies, surgeries, and skin treatments. Collaborate to manage up to 40 patients daily, administer local anesthesia, remove sutures, and perform scribing by inputting chart notes. Process prescription refills, manage prior authorizations, log pathology samples, and operate specialized equipment like Narrowband UVB units. Maintain sterile techniques, clean examination rooms, and replenish supplies. Work Monday through Thursday for 10 hours daily at $22–23 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0–3 years of medical assistant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
