Assist physicians and nurses in patient care by escorting patients, obtaining vital signs, performing phlebotomy, and ensuring relevant lab reports are available during exams. Maintain patient flow between exam rooms and treatment areas while cleaning rooms, sterilizing equipment, and stocking supplies with linen and chart forms. Support patient comfort by assisting with food, toileting, and ambulation, and handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling treatments, and obtaining prescription renewals. Complete patient charges per policy and train new Medical Assistants as needed.
