Medical Assistant

Welcome and guide members throughout their clinic visit, ensuring every interaction reflects a member-first mindset. Perform accurate clinical assessments including vital signs, grip strength, eye pressure, ECGs, point-of-care tests, and phlebotomy while maintaining infection-control standards. Document assessments precisely and update member records to support continuity of care. Collaborate with clinical staff to refine workflows and elevate quality as the clinic scales. This role requires 1+ year of patient-facing clinical experience, BLS certification, and customer service skills.
