Job Summary
Welcome and guide members throughout their clinic visit, ensuring every interaction reflects a member-first mindset. Perform accurate clinical assessments including vital signs, grip strength, eye pressure, ECGs, point-of-care tests, and phlebotomy while maintaining infection-control standards. Document assessments precisely and update member records to support continuity of care. Collaborate with clinical staff to refine workflows and elevate quality as the clinic scales. This role requires 1+ year of patient-facing clinical experience, BLS certification, and customer service skills. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient-facing role
- Customer service or hospitality experience (healthcare, retail, or service industry)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ months of phlebotomy experience
- EKG experience
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification
- Phlebotomy certification
