Medical Assistant & NCT

Medical Assistant NCT works under the direction of physicians and clinical coordinator to provide care to individuals and families. Responsibilities include performing routine clinical procedures, patient education, documenting in the health record, administering injections (IM/ID/Subcutaneous) with proper documentation, assisting physicians and other MAs in nursing care, taking patient history and vitals, maintaining infection control, autoclave QA, performing X-rays and PFT, preparing FMLA forms and related documents for physician review, and handling tasks under physician guidance.
