Job Summary
Provide nursing assistance and patient care to ensure the comfort, safety, and personal needs of patients. Assist physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners in the medical office setting. Perform a variety of patient care duties within a multidisciplinary team structure as delegated by the supervising physician, clinical staff, and Practice Coordinator after competency is established. Requires one year of healthcare experience as a Medical Assistant and American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification. Work hours are 7-4.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year of healthcare experience as a Medical Assistant
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
- Visual color acuity screening depending on the role in specific units
