Job Summary
Medical Assistant – Mohs at multiple PA offices (Exton, King of Prussia, Bala Cynwyd). Responsible for performing high-quality medical, surgical, clinical, and clerical tasks; assist physicians in medical, cosmetic, and laser procedures; record prescribed treatments, medications, biopsies, cultures, photos, prescriptions, prior authorizations, and procedures within established guidelines; manage provider-to-patient flow and prepare rooms; check equipment and stock supplies; conduct daily inventory and attend in-house training. Requires dermatology/healthcare experience and a Nationally Certified Medical Assistant preference; open availability Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays within operating hours; join a team-focused environment delivering the ultimate patient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous healthcare experience required
- Dermatology experience required
- Nationally Certified Medical Assistant preferred
- Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Open availability to work weekdays and weekends
