Job Summary
Medical Assistant responsible for performing delegated clinical tasks and administrative functions in a pediatric care setting, working under the supervision of Registered Nurses, Providers, and Practice Manager to support patient care and team collaboration. The role includes assisting with professional nursing care, handling patient care duties, and contributing to a positive patient experience. Certifications in BLS/CPR are required; completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience is needed; familiarity with Epic EMR is a plus; flexible shift with a focus on day shifts and no weekend work. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience of 3 years as an MA
- Current BLS/CPR training
- One year experience in a medical practice or healthcare setting (preferred)
- Epic experience is a plus
