Job Summary
Develop and deliver engaging lessons in medical assisting, covering anatomy, physiology, and clinical procedures while assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback. Facilitate hands-on learning opportunities and advise students on career development within the MA program. Coordinate overall program activities for NHS and PHS, manage program budgets, and maintain meaningful agreements with local clinical sites. Oversee clinical lab functions, including safety, equipment maintenance, and supply inventory, while ensuring student compliance with health and vaccine records. Serve as Externship Coordinator by selecting practicum sites, coordinating student assignments, and monitoring attendance and achievement evaluations. Collaborate with faculty and administrative offices to ensure a high-quality educational experience and participate in ongoing professional development.
