Medical Assistant - Medford Siskiyou

Support the designated provider with administrative tasks and patient care, including managing prescription refills, faxes, and patient portal inquiries. Room patients, prepare and maintain examination rooms, and contribute to chart documentation by incorporating lab results and visit notes. Execute duties within the Electronic Health Record and Practice Management systems while delivering patient education and accompanying patients to the front office for scheduling. Perform cross-training in laboratory, phlebotomy, and front desk areas as needed, and adhere to all HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies. Drive a personal vehicle as required and demonstrate flexibility to meet business needs, potentially traveling to other clinics.
