Job Summary
Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, treatments, and medication administration while recording medical histories, vital signs, and specimen collection results. Prepare examination rooms, schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and provide education on treatment plans. Maintain accurate medical documentation and follow safety protocols to ensure confidentiality. This full-time day shift role at MedCura Health includes travel between clinic locations and offers a salary of $19.00 to $25.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Current certification or registration as a Medical Assistant preferred
- Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
