Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for Ob/Gyn clinic. Responsibilities include monitoring physician schedules, organizing patient care for timely visits, serving as point of contact for daily clinic operations, ensuring adherence to infection prevention guidelines, training staff, reviewing patient care protocols, collecting laboratory specimens, rooming patients, taking vital signs, documenting visit reasons and patient histories, assisting physicians with examinations and procedures, auditing tests for timely results, managing supplies and equipment, delegating duties to staff, and ensuring quality, regulatory, billing, and customer service standards. Requires High School diploma or equivalent, CPR/BLS certification, and CMA/CMAC/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA certification (or eligible). 1+ year related experience preferred; schedule is full-time, day shift in Woodridge, IL.
