Job Summary
Lead clinic operations by managing team assignments, prioritizing patient flow, and addressing urgent issues as the first point of contact for escalated cases. Provide subject matter expertise to the medical team through guidance on clinical and administrative tasks, including order entry and handoff communication. Collaborate on skills reviews, committee participation, and special projects while ensuring safe, appropriate patient care within established policies. Maintain full accountability for self and team contributions, adhering to all institutional safety and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Successful graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a Medical Assistant
- CPR/BLS certification

- Limited Scope certification for specific clinics
