Job Summary
Supports the operation of the clinical practice by performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks. Assists physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care through patient preparation, vital sign collection, documentation, and basic clinical procedures. Coordinates patient flow, maintains accurate medical records, and ensures a positive patient experience. This MA will support a new service performing Fibroscans, as well as providing general front and back-office support. Dual training will be provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must have successfully completed accredited Medical Assistant program
- MA Certification/Registration preferred prior to hire and required within one year
- Dual training will be provided
