Job Summary
Medical Assistant (MA, CMA) in ENT specialty practice with opportunities across ENT, Allergy & Asthma, and Facial Plastics. Responsibilities include performing routine office procedures, maintaining laboratory area and equipment logs, charting patient exams in the EMR, handling PHI per HIPAA and privacy practices, administering medications and treatments, assisting other healthcare professionals with exams and procedures, and providing patient education materials. Requires a Medical Assistant program graduate and CMA certification, willingness to travel among five clinic locations (Vadnais Heights, Woodbury, Eagan, Lakeville in MN and Hudson in WI), valid driver’s license, and BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Minnesota/Western Wisconsin residency or relocation plans are considered. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Medical Assistant (MA) Program and eligible to be Certified as a Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Willingness to travel between multiple clinic locations
- Valid Driver’s License
- BLS or CPR certification or willingness to become certified
- Resident of Minnesota/Western Wisconsin or relocating to Minnesota
