Coordinate care for assigned team members by completing daily clinic tasks to ensure safe patient flow and accurate appointment tracking. Monitor schedules, follow up on no-shows, process referrals, and schedule follow-up or specialty appointments while maintaining excellent internal and external customer service. Ensure all patient and client data remains accurate, secure, and compliant with HIPAA regulations. Valid Arizona driver's license required.
