Job Summary
Provide complete patient assessments including vital signs and pre-examination procedures in the clinic setting. Gather and assess objective and subjective data, document findings in the electronic record, and assist providers with consultations, treatments, and follow-up care. Manage medication reconciliation, patient compliance, inventory, and education while triaging urgent medical issues through the nurse call rotation. Maintain current CPR certification and adhere to all safety, attendance, and organizational policies. This role supports physicians and advanced practice providers to deliver a seamless patient experience in a fast-paced palliative care environment.
