Job Summary
Greet and prepare patients for healthcare practitioners, obtain vitals, and work with pre- and post-op surgical patients. Perform authorizations for procedures and imaging, ensure exam and procedure rooms are stocked, and conduct medication reconciliation. This full-time, days role (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm) requires an MA-C or LPN certification, current CPR certification, and experience with EMR applications, specifically EPIC. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Graduate of a certified medical assistant program
- Previous military training/experience that satisfies Washington state standards
- Medical Assistant Certification (MA-C)
- Interim MA-C through WA State DOH
- Current healthcare provider CPR certification
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Graduate of a licensed practical nurse program
- Previous military training/experience that satisfies Washington state standards
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) through WA State DOH
- Current healthcare provider CPR certification
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- COVID-19 immunization proof
Desired Qualifications
