Job Summary
Lead and optimize the clinical team within a larger orthopedic practice to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsible for evaluating patients to determine appropriate provider and urgency, coordinating with the Walk-In Clinic and Call Center to expedite care, and guiding a multidisciplinary staff. Oversees hiring, onboarding, and development of team members; conducts monthly strategic meetings and implements new concepts to improve patient experience and operations.
