Job Summary
Supervise the back office medical assistant staff and oversee patient flow while performing patient care activities including taking vital signs, drawing blood, administering medications, and assisting with exams. Interview and exit patients, completing consent forms, checking charts for errors, and counseling individuals on program services. Perform phlebotomy, injections, vitals, and process lab specimens per protocol, while maintaining and stocking the dispensary and exam rooms. Handle front office duties such as answering phones, scheduling, chart retrieval, and checking in patients. Route patients and charts to maintain clinic flow and ensure strict adherence to policy and procedure manuals. This role requires six-month supervisory experience, bi-lingual Spanish/English skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, OSHA Category 1 environment.

- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to travel from facility to facility
- This position requires 10 % travel outside the local area
- Medical Assistant Certificate, Certified Medical Assistant or higher
- High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent
- Current CPR and/or BLS Certification
- Valid State Identification
- Must possess mobility to work in a standard office/clinic setting (in some cases both settings)
