Job Summary
Assist physicians with patient care, scheduling, prior authorizations, obtaining pre-certs for MRIs and CTs, communicating test results, and performing phlebotomy. Maintain professional relationships with physicians, patients, and families while conveying a positive image of the practice. Prioritize patient needs and manage deadlines in a fast-paced office environment. Requires Medical Assistant Certification or LPN License, prior medical experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. Full-time Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm schedule supporting two physicians at Lakemoor Family Physicians.
