Job Summary
Medical Assistant position in Kalamazoo, MI for a dermatology practice. Responsibilities include evaluating skin conditions, taking and updating medical histories, recording dermatologic findings, informing patients about treatments, assisting with non-intrusive procedures, educating patients on preventive skin care, and screening patients and employees on entry. Requires customer service experience, computer literacy, and ability to learn medical terminology and vital signs; CPR certification is strongly preferred or obtainable within 4 weeks. At least one year of dermatology experience is preferred; MA certificate/diploma from a medical vocational program is also preferred. Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience required
