Job Summary
Greet and escort patients to exam rooms, interview patients, measure vital signs, and chart in the EMR system. Administer injections, run x-rays, swab, and perform other routine nursing duties as required. Educate patients on services offered, ensure reports and labs are filed in medical records, and keep exam rooms stocked with supplies. Schedule appointments, audit charts for well-child visits, and handle telephone messages and patient inquiries. Assist providers in exam rooms and perform all duties as assigned by the nursing director. This full-time role at our Midwest City clinic supports a team-based environment with flexibility for scheduling and floating to other locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Two years of experience in a clinic or direct patient care
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program
