Medical Assistant

Manage patient flow, collect and document clinical information, and assist with examinations in a pediatric setting. Escort patients to exam rooms, obtain medical histories and vital signs in the EHR, and complete forms and prior authorizations. Prepare and sanitize exam rooms, monitor inventory, and perform nursing duties including laboratory quality checks and temperature monitoring. Provide patient education, review charts for completeness, and respond to messages via telephone or portal. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to OSHA and safety regulations. Work Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm.
