Job Summary
The Medical Assistant plays a crucial role in assisting physicians with patient assessments and treatments. Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- Medical Assistant Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in physician office or other healthcare setting preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited post-secondary medical assisting education program which includes training in the administration of intramuscular and subcutaneous injections.
Additional Requirements
- Medical Assistant certification is not required for current Einstein employees in a Medical Assistant role with a hire date prior to 7/1/2024 when transferring within Einstein entities.
