Job Summary
Assist with daily vitals, screen patients for appropriate information, and manage call overflow while supporting the Registered Nurse in the clinic's lab. Provide front office and back office support training under RN supervision. Complete required training in Epic, maintain a current CPR card, and pass a background check. Work 16+ hours weekly on-site, with flexible scheduling for a 3-6 month unpaid internship starting February 2021. Applicants must be students enrolled in a college medical assisting program.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a student with the ability to receive credit for a college program
- Dependable, punctual and organized
- Non-smoker only
- CPR Card
- Background Check (If hired)
- This will be a 3 - 6 month internship
