Job Summary
Medical Assistant provides direct patient services and administrative support at behavioral health and primary care clinic sites operated by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health. The position handles initial intake, coordinates scheduling with the central reception, staffs the reception area, manages electronic health records and insurance reporting, interfaces with local pharmacies and management groups, and facilitates patient referrals within a collaborative model of integrated community health care.
