Job Summary
Conduct patient rooming, administer injections, and scribe for the provider during visits. Set up and assist during surgical and cosmetic procedures, including suture removals, while stock and sanitize rooms. Autoclave instruments and communicate biopsy, prescription, and lab results to patients. Maintain the pathology log and schedule patients for surgical procedures. Administer Photodynamic Therapy using confident sterile technique. Work full-time, four days a week from 7:30am to 5:00pm, with one overnight trip per month to the Gunnison, CO office. Certified Medical Assistant preferred with two years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience Medical Assisting
- Full-time: 4 days a week 7:30am – 5:00pm
- One overnight trip per month with the provider to practice in Gunnison, CO office (expenses paid)
